Twerton Infant School is building a brand new community learning building on their site. Building starts on Monday 28th January and will be finished in early April 2008. The project, currently called succeed@twerton has been supported bu Wessex Water, Roper Rhodes, Bath Community Partnership and the Local Authority. The new building wil create a space for parents to chat over coffee, network and find out about different courses that are on offer. The space will also allow the school to run many more of the sort of courses that they have provided for parents in the past - such as first aid for babies. The building will have one classroom with a built-in kitchen, a creche for children, and toilets. It will be built between the Nursery Classroom and the road. Drawings of the building are on display in the school hall.
