The new community building on the site of Twerton Infants School will be ready to run FREE sessions from the middle of May with a grand opening towards the end of June. The building has a classroom area with a new kitchen and a crèche area for the children of those attending sessions. We will offer a wide range of activities like those we have provided within the school building in the past. These could include: A variety of practical cooking sessions related to health, diet, budget etc. Basic Skills courses, Art and Craft sessions, advice on health, first aid and all issues concerning the well-being of young children, such as baby massage!

The new building nears completion.

We are committed to trying to provide whatever the local community needs in the areas of Health and Education, in the broadest sense. We are supported in this work by The Community Learning Service, City of Bath College, Envolve, Norton Radstock College and the local authority.

Most importantly we want people to tell us what they need and we will try to make it happen at NO COST to those taking part. We want local people to be involved in running the building AND we need a cheerful, recognisable NAME for the building, at the moment it is called Succeed@Twerton! I'm sure we can find a snappier title.
