A home away from homeRose Cottage Community Centre and Cafe is unlike other community centres. It is a small, intimate venue with a lounge, cafe room, meeting room, large kitchen, conservatory and private garden.
The lounge is ideal for small groups (up to 12 people) or simply a place to relax. It is equipped with a hi-fi, television and DVD player and a small library. The meeting room is equipped with a whiteboard and four state-of-the-art computers with flat screens and broadband Internet access. We also have scanning and laser printing facilities. This room accommodates up to 12 people (4 people at computers plus 8 people seated). The cafe room is ideal for slightly larger groups (up to 20 people) and is a great environment. Rose Cottage is a friendly place; a place to unwind; a place to have a chat; a place to make friends; a place to find support and encouragement An Accessible VenueWe are working hard to make Rose Cottage an accessable venue for wheelchair users and for the elderly and those with disabilities. - Level wheelchair access through rear garden entrance.
